Interactive Pop-up Storybook
A 35-page AR pop-up storybook that brings a heartwarming tale to life, produced in partnership with TOUCH Community Services, Meta, and Singapore’s Smart Nation office.
“My Favourite Days” is an interactive Augmented Reality (AR) storybook that reimagines a traditional 35-page tale into a multi-sensory experience. Selected pages serve as triggers for AR animations and interactive scenes, bringing the story of a young girl and her grandfather exploring Singapore to life.
The AR experience was designed and implemented from scene interaction design to visual tracking and optimization. Working closely with illustrators and designers, this work ensured a seamless blend of storytelling and technology that encourages children to imagine how tech can shape their futures.
Created in collaboration with TOUCH Community Services, Meta, and the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office (SNDGO), the project showcases how AR can transform reading into an immersive learning journey and inspire families to explore a smart, connected future together.
