BeyondWords is a digital affirmations companion that helps people find the right words for loved ones who need support. Available as both a physical activation booth and an online experience, it bridges the gap between digital interaction and tangible connection.
At the booth, users interact with a large screen, entering a few words to describe the person they want to affirm. In seconds, the system generates a unique, personalised affirmation card. The experience is designed to be seamless, allowing users to instantly download a digital copy or print their card on-site.
The core of the project is an AI system that uses guided reflection and constrained prompts to generate affirmation messages that are both novel and kind. The platform provides a safe, inclusive space for users to craft meaningful messages, supporting Beyond the Label’s mission to promote mental health awareness and break the stigma.
